Hi Friends.
Wow, where is the time going at the moment.
This months challenge at The Mirror Crack'd is
The Body Beautiful.
Spring is in the air in Australia, so I thought I would bring some light pastel
colours into my project for this month.
I created this plaque using a Kaisercraft Mannequin.
I used some yummy Meg's Garden paper, a stencil and metallic paint.
I added some stark white die cuts and old black rub-ons from my stash.
For this project I choose to leave my flowers plain,
without any inking of spritzing.
However, I did sneak in a resin flower and some velvet flowers.
I edged my plaque in Viva Inka Gold and also coloured
my mannequin using the same medium.
Finally, I made a bead spray to add a touch of elegance and tied some ribbon around the mannequins waist.
I think this will look great hanging on my craft room door.
I am deciding whether to add a quote or my name.
Maybe I will leave it as is.
What do you think.
Now it's your turn.
Create a little something and link it to the challenge.
I am sure everyone will live this challenge.
Above all, have fun
and Happy Crafting.
Great work. I love the colors! Hugs, Susanne.
